LA based company Morphik will be holding an illustration contest at DesignerCon this year. The contest will give 50 contestants the opportunity to showcase their work and to win some cool prizes. Each contestant will receive a 10" x 6" white panel to create their drawing/illustration.

In anticipation of NYCC this week, we've asked Art Toy pioneer extraordinaire PETE FOWLER a few questions about his plans for the show. He'll be there - signing at the DUDEBOX booth and promoting both his new DAI OCEAN vinyl and the ongoing original painting giveaway. Read on...!

Rich "UME Toys" Page will be raffling off a one-of-a-kind original Bassett D Kay sculpt as well as an original signed piece of artwork through the Tenacious Toys NYCC Booth #3121. Not only will New York Comic-Con attendees be able to grab a raffle ticket at the booth but also all the money raised will go to Susan G Komen cancer research charity.
