But while this beach bound guy might seem swarmy and tough, he does bring a yellow rubber ducky with him where ever he goes.

MAS and Cardboard Spaceship, have teamed up together to present an all-day pop-event on Saturday durring SDCC, featuring MARS-1 and Brendan Monroe.  Be on the lookout for the exclusive collab screen print and a brand-new Monroe x MAS Tee. 

So its less than 6 weeks now til the Dragons Custom toy show opens in Cardiff. The date is set at Saturday August 18th and the doors open at 6pm at The Sho Gallery in Cardiff. Just got news that there are some extra sketches and prints left over from The Luke Chueh Signing at Spoke Art. Chueh was at Spoke art for a special book signing, print release and sketch show, this past thursday.  Be sure to swing by HERE, there are some really great pieces up for grabs.

Artwhino have revealed a call out for artists. Titled "Art in a box" the Fairgrounds at the National Stadium has an opportunity for 10 artists to participate in a Art Installation with 10 Containers at the complex.  Selected artists will have full access to create an interactive art installation where patrons will able to visit each of the installations and interact with the installation.  Along with the installation there will be an opportunity for the artists to showcase their work in the market place area.

We originally suspected that these amazing Sucklord and L'amour Supreme collaborations were intended for San Diego Comic-Con, as it seems that everything we're hearing about now is an exclusive for the massive convention. But no, we were wrong… and happily so.

Morphous is a group exhibit co-currated by Dave Pressler & The Rivet Gallery. Featuring sculptures by 20 artists, Morphous will run at the Rivet Gallery from July 7th through  July 31st.  The opening reception will be held at Rivet on July 7th, 7-10pm.   

Camilla d'Erico & Munky King Gallery are hosting the first annual Tanpopo Art Exhibition & Design Contest. Artists and fans of Camilla's manga Tanpopo series submitted their own interpretations of Camilla's characters Tanpopo & Kuro. Contest winners will be announced by Camilla herself at Munky King's Tanpopo Artist's Reception on July 7th, from 7-10pm. 

Toy Tokyo Underground Gallery wil be hosting Miss Zukie's first DIY Zukie show July 27th - 29th. Zukies are a blank vinyl base & they're "Mysterious characters that do not talk; they have thought bubbles and facial expressions. Zukies are about color." Zukies also "intend to generate emotions through their visual thoughts."  They also look like cute little marshmallows. 

OhNo!Doom is gearing up for their group show this weekend (opening July 7th, 6 - 10pm). 'Septenary', a group show of 7 sculptors, gathering on the 7th day of the 7th month.  Septenary is the space's second sculptural show, a follow-up to Imaginary Menagerie (the gallery’s sold out sculpture exhibit of 2011).
