Next up on the interview list we check in with Claudio and Chonny Sanchez of Music and Comic book fame. Claudio is best known as frontman of the band Coheed and Cambria, but this husband and wife team has to be one of the hardest working couples on the planet. Not only has Claudio been touring the world promoting Coheed and Cambria's latest album Year of the Black Rainbow, he's also be appearing at all of the big Comic cons, co-writing comics and planning more music/art endeavours. Chonny is right there with him writing, producing and also spreading the word about her new site theroadtested.com, co-founded with journalist Natalie Zfat (Rolling Stone.). A site where product reviews meet the battle tested world of amusic, travel and culture.

I love Todd Selbys photographs. They are truly amazing. i often find myself gazing across the pages of his book 'The Selby' in awe of the images and the things in them. He is just one of those photographers with an innate ability to catch people in just the right way, in their space surrounded by the things that truly represent them.

We first saw this figure back at SDCC at the DKE booth (in purple prototype and black and white mixed version). We were so blown away we brought them up immediately. In a sea of generic figures it was refreshing to see something really stand out. Betty Hairy Honey is designed by French artist Stephane Blanquet  http://www.blanquet.com for Lulubell Japan. This will be Lulubells first full scale production piece, produced in clear smokey vinyl with metallic spray detailing.

Eyes of Fear - Paw Bust

On sale Wed (dec 8th) for just under $600 is this very very, VERY, shiny, life sized Paw. Made from high gloss fiberglass it stands at 27"and is limited to 200 pieces. The pieces comes in 4 parts (i'm guessing the head, shoulders and two ears).    The popularity of producing busts has definitely been on the increase in recent years.
