Maximum Flouride (aka Mike Fischer) is getting ready to release two brand new editions of his Pyramid Artifact resin sculptures. Set to drop on May 2nd through Frank Kozik, The White Edition & The Eye of Odin will be the first pieces from an outside artist to be published and produced through Kozik Studios.

The Toy Mafia Event, tonight (4/27/13), at Concrete NYC, will feature a handful of totally rad releases that people have been dying to get their hands ont!! Releases include a run of 21 Doji Sans by MVH and a run of 7 Semi Korosiya (Cicada Killer)Figures by Cop a Squat Toys!

The Invasion is the very first custom Dunny series & event by Vinyl Attack and it sounds like a good one! The theme of the series will be the invasion of earth as seen by two different sides - The Invaders and The Resistence! The Invaders can be anything that can invade or do serious kick-ass damage to the earth like robots, kaiju, animals, bugs, germs, FOOD - it's all up to the artist!

BlackBook Toy have announced the release of Frank Kozik's A Clockwork Carrot in the new Blackout edition. Sculpted by T9G, the Blackout version is huge as it  stands 11.25" tall. This sofubi figure is set to make its debut at  Super Festival Vol.68 on April 28th and is limited to only 25 pieces world wide!

Toy Mafia (\ˈtȯi mä-fē-ə\) Noun. An organized international body of designer toy collectors, originally founded in NYC. Toy Mafia events take place monthly and are often associated with exclusive releases and excessive partying.  The first Toy Mafia Event, this Saturday (4/27/13) at Concrete NYC, will feature a handful of totally rad releases that people have been dying to know about!!  Coarse will release their amazing new vinyl figure titled Locks on May 2nd! The figures stand 11" tall and will be available in 2 different colorways; Blush & Milky Bliss. The figures were originally showcased at the fantastic Souls Gone Mad exhibition at Rotofugi last year. These awesome vinyl figures look damn ferocious despite their pink & white colorways.

Kaitlin Juarez & Max Yax of MadKnits have a couple of cool new plush releases set for this weekend's C2E2 in Chicago. Baticorn is the result of a MadKnits x TofuSquirrel collaboration. This purple, blue & orange bat/unicorn hybrid is limited to an edition of 45 pieces and comes with a limited print by TofuSquirrel. Retailing for $42 each Baticorn will be available at C2E2 April 26 - 28th. Look for an online release of Baticorn on May 1st! 

Miko the Crusher is an "immortal being at odds with another abstract machine known as 'Prober'." Miko is also the latest custom from artist Patrick Wong. Patrick used mphLab's 6" Ghost Girl for this vinyl custom and painted it both inside AND out. Miko's vacant eyes were cut out and her interior painted black for a stark contrast against her ghostly white face. Pretty cool. Indonesian artist Kong Andri teamed up with resin production company MyRoyalEgo and together have released the awesome OWANGE-BOT type 1.0. This vibrant, colorful, articulated resin figure stands 8" tall. Limited to 30 pieces, OWANGE-BOT type 1.0 comes shipped in a cardboard box with a specially printed label and a signed certificate of authenticity. OWANGE-BOT type 1.0 retails for $150 and is available in Kong Andri's webshop!
