Penny Taylor of Taylored Curiosities & Creo Design have teamed up and produced a very limited number of Giant Monster Embryos. Created exclusively for ToyConUK, these 6" tall x 8" wide (that's going to be a BIG monster!) solid resin figures will be limited to just 10 pieces. An awesome weekend was had by everyone who made the trip over to The SHO Gallery in Cardiff for the Dragons Custom Show organised and curated by Andy Kelly aka Zombiekel.

UK-based artist Jon-Paul Kaiser is not only bringing his beautifully stark black-and-white linework customs across the pond — to the States — but he's also focusing his attention on Star Wars: A New Hope themed pieces. Done in collaboration with Toy2R, this exhibition will open on October 11th, 2012 at YoyaMart (15 Gansevoort St., New York, NY 10014).

I've been after a pirate tattoo for a while but could never choose an artist to render it, until the recent release of Jon-Paul Kaisers Captain Sturnbrau with Toy2R. I met JPK at the Kidrobot London Fatcap launch and have exchanged emails & texts ever since, so I dropped him a quick mail to not only ask his permission but to ask him to supply me with the actual drawing that the toy as created from.

Jon Paul Kaiser has just sent over this teaser of his up coming project in cahoots with Toy2R and Yoyamart. Jon Paul Kaiser just sent us over news of his latest custom, this awesome 10" Boba Fett Teddy Troop! After a lot of time and effort this guy is finally done.     Kaiser says "It was a Boba Fett by request, which, with the Star Wars theme suits me just fine."
