During last year's NYCC My Plastic Heart released a vinyl Junior in his Ghost Blossom Edition but this time around Junior is all about the inferno from the underworld in this new Hellfire colorway. The red hellfire colorway may look familiar as it was originally made for Cranston Fellows Jr. Hellfire, a larger resin figure.

Check it out, the official debut of a new sofubi figure by Lou Pimentel and MPHlabs! The figure is based on Lou's Cranston Fellows Jr. Character and through out the last couple of months has recently been hinted at on several blogs . 

Painter Lou Pimentel has teamed up with mphlabs to produce a vinyl figure that is only being teased at currently, though the name "Junior" has been associated with the release.

Friday night (08.03.12) saw myplasticheart open their latest Group show, Signs of the Apocalypse. Curated by Lou Pimental, the show brought together 30 top artists, to create art under the theme of the show title (Signs of the Apocalypse). 

Opening on August 3rd is myplastichearts next group show "Sign of the Apocalypse", featuring 30 top artists. The show is curated by Lou Pimentel, who says - 

Myplasticheart is excited to announced Unnatural Selection featuring new works by Lou Pimentel and Leontine Greenburg. The show will be opening Friday June 29th from 6-9 pm, and will run until Jul 29. The exhibition will feature each artists interpretation of the theme, "in which nature adapts to the technology of today".

  Everyone's been screaming for Lou Pimentel to make more resin figures, following the success of his Craston Fellows Junior, and he didn't disappoint his fans by creating these awesome Siamese Cherries. They are all hand cast in resin and painted in oils, so each one will be individual. Lou's plan is to roll out a Cherry of the month club, each month launching a new flavor (or color). This first release is the classic red cherry which is an open edition, however future colorways will be limited. Measuring 3" x 3" these adorable cherries are available now.
