Mr Clement, the mastermind behind such minimalistically wonderful designs as Petit Lapin and the Ji Ja Bird, began a World Tour of his creations at the turn of the millennium in his birthplace of Hong Kong. Over the last dozen years this ever-evolving exhibition has traveled to London, Paris, Sofia, Varna and an upcoming opening in Los Angeles.

Mr Clement's Junkie Ji Ja Out This Week

The next entry in Mr Clement's Ji Ja vinyl figure line -- the Junkie Ji Ja -- is expected out this week, according to posts on his blog. The 3.2-inch Junkie Ji Ja comes in pink and green colorways, with the opposite color acting as an accent for each, along with a distinctive tongue sticking out of the bird's beak. Mr Clement's Junkie Ji Ja has a total run of 500 pieces, and is available to pre-order now at £22 apiece with free worldwide shipping.

Lapin lover Mr Clement has posted a teaser image of a new Lapin. Hard to make out a lot of detail from the pic but it's got a black suit of some sort and possibly a scarf. I'll admit I still don't like the new sculpt as much as the handmade's...I feel like it's lost some of the magic but this looks very interesting. Stay tuned for more details!

Oh yeah new Mr Clement toy almost here....a brand spanking new revised version of is first Lapin figure. This time round he/she/it comes in two versions - one with a knife the other with an envelope (it makes more sense if you read his comic) and different coloured scarves. Bonus that this version should also stand unaided!
