Several months ago Sket One released two editions of 8-inch custom Fatcaps, each version limited to a mere 10 copies for $500 apiece (previously discussed here). Modeled after his police cruiser Fatcap design, Sket made one version based on the NYPD design and one for the LAPD style.

Tosco: The Alpha Series

Redd Robot has begun an IndieGoGo fundraiser campaign to finance the creation of their Tosco platforms creation. The Alpha Series for this 9-inch vinyl figure will feature designs by nine artists, each limited to 300 copies, as well as DIY Blank version, also limited to only 300 copies.

MAD vs Sket One: Dunny Painting Battle

The creative talents of Jeremy "MAD" Madl and Sket One will be pitted against each other in a battle of designs… Yes, during the Las Vegas-based trade show MAGIC, Kidrobot will be hosting a live 4-foot tall Dunny painting event: each artist will have their own Dunny to decorate before your eyes, in an attempt to playfully one-up the other.

Sket One will unleash these stunning NYPD and LAPD custom eight-inch Kidrobot Fatcap figures this Friday, June 22 at 12pm EST, with just 10 of each available. As you can insinuate from the photo above, which was provided by J-RYU on Instagram, both feature working rotating police lights up top, with the designs modeled after the familiar cop cruisers from America's two largest cities.

This past weekend saw the opening of the highly anticipated, My Little Pony Custom Group Show, at Toy Art Gallery. Over the past few weeks i have blogged a few artist submissions, including J*RYU, and Mikie Graham, of Blamo Toy's, but now I've got an photo recap of the show! The show featured 18" Vinyl Ponies, customized by 25 internationally known artist. The show also included a handful of original paintings. File 8501
