Deady's back with Toy2r announcing the development of the next 5" mini Qee artist series. With this release Toy2r will again be partnering with Adventure Quest World to include special gaming codes inside each figure that will allow you to play the game as deady in his new outfit. Which really isn't my cup of tea as i'm not a RPG gamer, and i fail to see how these two worlds in this context cross.. any thoughts on this would be great. Limited to 500 pieces the piece will retail for $28 and is expected to be released this summer.

Incoming from Toy2r is a new Bossy Bear from David Horvarth. This 5" version has been dubbed Monster Bossy Bear! Retailing for $20, he will be available in two colorways, the classic blue and the Roseus (pink version).

New from toy2r is this Scott Tolleson designed 5" Mini Toyer Qee, Uncle Argh. Taken from Scotts Custom from the NYC♥QEE event from February, its now in full production. Retailing for $28 - not sure of the edition number.

Open now in Chadstone (Melbourne) Australia, is this latest Toy2r Qee Exhibition. During the L'Oreal fashion festival, 12 Australian style icons transform life-sized qee into bespoke customs. The exhibition runs until April 3rd, during which time each Qee will be available to buy, with all proceeds going to the designers chosen charities. To top it off Toy2r are also running a competition to win $3500 of prizes by designing your own Qee using the online design Qee Art Studio.

Released yesterday are they awesomely pearly 2" Brain Hue figures by Emilio Garcia. These figures celebrate a year long collaboration between Toy Art Gallery, Emilio Garcia and Lapolab. Brain Hue is 12 months of exclusive Jumping Brains painted in 12 colors. To kick things off they released the first three months of the year together - Purple, Yellow and Blue. All of which sold out in a flash!

Tonight saw the opening of the NYC <3 Qee show at Yoyamart NYC. The event was in part a celebration of Toyfair 2011, and a chance for Toy2r to show off some new wares. I have to admit it was very strange to walk into Yoyamart this evening and to be transported back in time to 2005 when a very similar show was being hosted in the same spot, back when Toyfair was a hot party scene. Tonights show was just as busy, just different faces and newer fans - with some old faces of course - and it was great to see both.

Take a peak at the all new designs for the second series of Skelanimal Qees from Toy2r.  Artists Lunabee and Voltaire, who were featured in the first series, make a return with some cool designs and popular customizer Pocket Wookie gets a couple of figures as well.  The figures will release later in the year but you can see them in person at Yoyamart in NYC on February 14th as part of the NYC♥QEE Toy Fair Preview Party.

Spring is defiantly coming early with this 36" Qee loves Green Bear, from Toy2r. Following up from his smaller brother (the 8" version) this giant flocked beast will come with all the accessories that his sibling did, however this will only be made by special order and very limited in production numbers. I think he looks awesome, but with a $2400 price i think this ones only for the serious collectors out there.

Due to preview at the Feb 14th NYC ♥ QEE Event, are these brand new Bossy Bear Figures. Standing at 5" tall two versions will be released; the classic Blue and the Roseus (pink) version. Fans should keep an eye open on variant version within the assortment.

Toy2r announces the launch of 5" Mini Qee DIY series. In total 7 characters will be be introduced in this new form, including the Toyer (shown) and Mon Qee designs. Each of these will have articulated arms and head (easy to remove, making it easier for customizing). Dropping in Feb priced at $15.
