Medicom and Daft Punk have a long and succesful history together from the selection of 12" RAH figures and the Be@rbricks of various sizes that they have produced. At the end of 2010, beginning of 2011 we saw the Bearbrick versions of these TRON edition figures so it was only a matter of time before their release...

What does look realls nice in these figures, as is normal with Medicom, is the quality of the garments they are wearing. Both outfits look very much like biker leathers rather than maybe the super spandex look of the TRON: Legacy movie. Def worth picking up, as the chances of getting the originals for anything like their original price is very unlikely.

OK, to be honest, I don't get the hype. Every year, Japanese fashion brand UNDERCOVER teams up with Medicom to produce a new variant of their GILAPPLE light. It's a small, realistic-looking apple with an old-timey car headlight wedged into its core.
