Jordan Owen aka Fathom, part of the OhNo!Doom collective, has been making awesome looking plush for years now, doing constant battle with the unprecedented kings of the plush world, Ugly Dolls and Shawnimals.

To me, both Ugly Dolls and Shawnimals follow similar paths as their figures are rooted in simple, iconic shapes, decorating these shapes with the character of the individual. OhNoDoom! takes a different approach that involves the shape and functionality, designed with a play dynamic in mind.

You see Fluffy Friends (Fluffy Yuk Yuk, Fluffy Bad Bad, and Fluffy Boo Boo (which by the way Glows in the dark),  have one hell of a set of gnashers. You'd normally be expecting a set of felt teeth on a plush figure, or maybe something equally soft and squishy, but not the fluffy friends. Their 100$ badass and their most awesome feature are their plastic teeth, which can be opened and closed puppet stylee via to finger holes in his back.

This FluffyBadBad figure (shown above) is a re-imagining of a plush figure that was released back in 2006. 5 years later and he's back again, bigger (5.5"tall), badder, fluffier and the biggest change is the replacement of the deadly (?!?) metal teeth with these much more friendly plastic choppers. Also featuring a bright pink baboon style ass this figure is really a bargain for $25 when you take into account the plastic teeth and embroidered detailing that's present here!

Limited to just 500pcs and coming with a limited edition pin badge, chew toy and sticker they are definitely worth the mere $25.00 he's retailing for at www.thefluffyfriends.com great work Jordan

Always remember "Don't get too close. Don't stare into their eyes. And most importantly don't call em'Ow Snookems...."
