James Jarvis's YOD character was released in vinyl form back in 2007, but now it's time to welcome him back in Wooden form as Amos collaborate with Landscape Products in Japan. Made from natural beech wood and made posable by the use of magnets in the joints (thats the best my interpretation of google translate results). Released July 2nd 12:00 and limited to just 30pcs worldwide store. Sorry no info on price!

Available from the Amos Store (might be japan store)

We just got two wooden toys in our inbox. One's a cute bird and one's a turd. No, really, it's a stackable, customizable wooden toy shaped like a poo. Bai, the bid, comes in two sizes and comes in a cloth bag with sprinkles for customization.

James Jarvis is a name you don't hear too often anymore in the world of designer toys. And while this isn't exactly a designer toy, it's close enough for me. Case Studyo have teamed up with one of the fathers of Western vinyl for a new ceramic piece titled AMPHORA.

Andrew Bell just dropped a ton of Android news ahead of SDCC, and hoo boy does he have us excited. First and foremost, serious collectors of the Android series will be drooling at the wooden versions of the toy, which are made of oak and maple and stand 5 inches tall.
