Converse announced this new collaboration with music maestro's Gorillaz. The collection has 4 designs covered in graphics made purely for this project by Jamie Hewlett. All 4 designs will be available through Converse online store and select retailers from Thurs, February 23rd.
Personally I really don't like Converse sneakers at all and the designs on these aren't exactly doing much to convince me otherwise. Are Gorillaz over? or making a comback? or is this just sheerly a merchandising opportunity. I randomly ran into Damon Albarn in Kidrobot London before Christmas, guess i shoulda asked him.
Bugger.
