Check out this awesome Jeremy Lin Action Figure!! As you probably already know the past 6 weeks Jeremy Lin, point guard for the New York Knicks, has taken the nation by storm. Jailbreak Collective has decided to commission Seattle based sculptor Mike Leavitt to create the one and only 'Jeremy Lin Action Figure in commemoration of Lin's heroism.
This original, one-of-a-kind, hand-sculpted, 9â tall figure is made from polymer clay (Fimo & Sculpey), elastic cord, Styrofoam and steel armatures. It has nine moving parts, including removable accessories (a 'regulation' basketball and a birch wood ball and chain) and comes with a bamboo wood base with steel foot pegs for a sleek display option. Hand-painted details display the Taiwanese flag's sun (w/ basketball) logo and "Lin Seventeen" (on his back).
Priced at $2,500, Leavitt's piece mashes Lin with the â80s G.I. Joe âStorm Shadowâ character. It's a hand-sculpted, highly detailed one-of-a-kind work, and the newest addition to Leavittâs infamous âArt Armyâ series.
