A massive influence on the toy/designer scene through his -fi work, which opened up a strange new world of robots, new planets and weird beings and of course a massive influence on a certain Mr G Lucas.

His screenplay with Kubrick for 2001: A Space Odyssey (based on his book The Sentinel) is a work of genius. And of course his "Mysterous World" TV series with that freaky crystal skull...

I saw these on the news and had to check it wasn't April 1st. Stupiding F'ing Converse!!!! These are about as punk rock as refusing to eat some vegetables. Woooo...look at me i'm soooooooooooo crazy and alternative.

No you're a Converse wearing twat. Which probably meansAlexa Chung, George Lamb and all those other wannabe anarkids who present T4 and the like will get a pair.

Coming soon from Wonderwall/intheyellow is the next installment in the KFGU series, this time from Luke Chueh. The Sad Mecha Bear is a bit different for the KFGU series, being more of a robot but I think it fits in with the theme well.

Debatable whether mecha is really Kaiju but it's interesting to see Luke trying a different style. You can also expect a fair few colourways of this piece...
