This spectacular dress was inspired by the late Alexander McQueen's Parrot Dress and made entirely of Gummy Bears!! There are nearly 50,00 Gummy Bears included on this dress.

Designers Hissa Igarashi & Sayuri Marakumi twisted steel wire to form the shape of the dress and then covered it with a sheet of vinyl... then came the hard part. 50,000 Gummy Bears were glued on by hand in a glitzy rainbow pattern that resembled McQueen's Parrot Dress.

Below is Alexander McQueen's Parrot Dress, which inspired this whole Gummy Bear creation in the first place.

Here's the Yummy Gummy Dress.

I thought the dress was covered in sequins when I first glanced at these photos!

TWELV magazine featured the one-wear dress in their inaugural issue. The dress was molded to fit model Jessica Pitt's measurements & weighed in at 220 lbs. Amazing. You know Lady Gaga & Katy Perry are jealous!

These designers had great ideas. Do you have one?

Personally i think my Huck Gee ring is was more badass than this offering from Alexander McQueen, but it's pretty damn cool none the less.
