A comet streaks across the night sky, a tail of fire whipping behind it during it's mad crash through the atmosphere. Hurtling toward Earth, the strange trapezoidal shape smashes into the ground and reveals itself to something more sinister than simple rock, something that unfolds to reveal the strange alien passenger within. Coated with the caked on splatters of blood on it's vessel, the invasion has begun. And what a wonderful invasion it is…

Entitled by creator Daniel Goffin as "Potateorites," only 10 of these wonderful weird creations will be made available by Max Toy Co. sometime, hopefully, near the end of September. But the question remains: what otherworldly horror is contained within…

Perhaps the following picture, of one of these forms partially opened, will help answer the question.

Oh my, that certainly looks like the clear version of Yoshihiko Makino's Mini Eyezon. And with 10 of these "Potateoroites" having descended, that means they are legion…

You might even notice that something lurks underneath their transparent hides. Yes, Goffin has handcast a complete set of guts in clear resin for each figure, creating the Clear Mini Eyezon with Clear Guts. We're told that each one is unique with a different set of guts tucked inside, making these truly wonderful pieces to behold.
