Sculpter extraordinaire and all-around amazingly creative force J★RYU embarks on his first solo art show for the Rotofugi Gallery (2780 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614). Denoting his hauntingly beautiful style and typically spectral subject matter, the exhibition is entitled "The Ghost Of You Haunted Me…" Opening on September 7th with a reception from 7-10PM — at which the artist will be in attendance — the works will be on display until September 30th, 2012.

J★RYU was also kind enough to share work-in-progress pieces for the show with his fans, via his Twitter feed:
