This weekend marks the championship game of the 'Battle of the Boroughs' hoops competition, taking place on New York City's Rivington Courts in the Lower East Side. To mark this special event, Nike is releasing two limited edition models of their Air Max Hyperposite. The colorways are game royal/total orange-blue glow & crystal mint/metallic copper.

A little nod to the Knicks? The royal/total orange-blue glow is available now.

Here is the chocolate chip mint - oops ! I mean the crystal mint/metallic copper, to be released in November.

Nike is giving out additional pairs via a Twitter promotion with the hashtag #NikeNYC. The championship game starts at 6pm on the Rivington Courts in New Yawk City on 8/26.
