On Monday night we took a trip down to the big LDN for the Sneaky Critters show, to celebrate sneaky racoon's first birthday. For one night only the show was held at the Bodhi Gallery on Brick Lane, and it went down a storm. The highlight of the show was definitely the mini canvases, always nice to see something a bit different, and some of these really blew us away!!

It was good...

Not sure how I feel about this....Banksy work being painted over in Tower Hamlets. Bit of context might help - Tower Hamlets is a shit hole. It is one of the most deprived areas in Europe and anyone who doesn't think gehttos exist in the UK, let alone London, should take a look.

Now the council say grafitti on their buildings (council housing) is a crime. And legally, of course, it is...

I wasn't going to blog about this but it seems this latest KAWS collab has really split KAWS collectors. Some love the interpretation of the original Zooth (above), while others seem to think its lazy and has managed to surpass the Reas Twins and Cat Bank in the lame stakes.

The idea is sound...mummified zombie dog's do, after all, pretty much rule.

But KAWS fans are a...

Today Me and Nick could have been spotted undertaking a spot of retail therapy with the Triclops massiv' in the big LDN. I am pretty sure there will be pictures in heat magazine next week ;). Anyway after checking out the Slam City Skates section in the newly named 'Nike Word' (which was a bit shiny, but did have the pro skate Nike's I wanted. God only knows how I resisted), we headed soho way...

Anyone else read about this? Languar monkeys in Delhi have killed the city's deputy mayor!! Delhi has a massive monkey problem with the critters attracted by rubbish and the possiblity of a free meal, not helped by tourists all to willing to oblige them.

Apparently Languar's were introduced to kill the pesky Rhesus macaque monkeys but can get pretty aggressive. However killing...

This is shaping up to be quite a launch - platform toys are generally my thing, but Sichi has created an interesting shape and artists have gone to town on it. I can spy Hicalorie, DGPH, Kozik and Furi Furi...all looking good.   Congrats Si and Adfunture on an interesting new platform toy. To me thy look like slightly evil plastic ducks - and that's a good thing!

Hows about this set of figures to be able to add to your collection!! Mist does a 1000, 400 and 100% matching Be@rbrick set. I am very jealous already of the person who wins this one!!

I swore I wasn't going to blog this because really critiquing bad hoody design is like shooing fish in a barrel. That was until I saw the Oki Dunny and Hoody in this morning's Metro newspaper (for non-Londoners/Brummies) it's the crap free newspaper available at Tube and Train stations in the "Trends" section.

Yup, KR has made it into Metro! The Dunny isn't bad but the hoody...ooh lord...
