Mix media artist Peter McFarlane likes to reclaim and recycle materials for his creations. "To me, waste is just lack of imagination." says McFarlane on his website. His  use of old circuit boards In his Circuit Board Work series certainly shows no lack of imagination. Speaking about the series on his website McFarlane says "The circuit board, to me, is the perfect contemporary ''canvas" or ''platform''. It is such an integral part of the global village and contained in so many of our consumer goods that we rely upon to stay ''connected'' or ''consumed''.
