MechatroWeGo Official Site & Store Launch for Western Fans

The Japanese MechatroWeGo series has taken the Asian toy and customizing market by storm thanks to their robots' cool and cute design. 1000toys are ready to take their mechs overseas by launching an official website and online store so Western fans can buy MechatroWeGo robots directly from the designers. The first release will be the 1/12 scale MechatroWeGo Aqua. It stands 22cm tall and features LED lights, tons of articulation, and a crazy cool cockpit. You can pre-order it from the official site here and it will be shipped to your door upon release in June. Not that the prices are still listed in yen. The ¥16,000 price tag equates to about $140 and includes shipping. Check out the gallery below for more shots!

One of the perks of DCON is that, being in California, it's easier to pick up Japanese designer toys there. While we haven't heard from Itokin Park, we can confirm that Konatsu will have two toys available via Q POP's booth.

Ah, such soothing colors. This might be my favorite Uamou series since the Tengu and Cobalt series, which had an amazing matte finish. These ones, though, feature calming gradients painted by legendary airbrush artist, Goto-san.
