It was only a matter of time before Nike's older Air Max lines got the Flyknit treatment. The brand has recently unveiled the first promo shots of the original Air Max redesigned with their Flyknit materials. The same classic sole unit is present, and most of the upper is actually a mesh material rather than Flyknit. But this still looks cool and will be lighter and breath better than a standard Air Max 1. So I'm tentatively sold on a pair. Along with the OG red, white, and gray colorway, and blue and black version will also be available.
