| Below are the Rules and regulations of the Clutter x adFunture Yoka competition: |
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Entrants must provide the following details when entering: Name, Address, email address, age.
- adFunture Workshop LTD reserves the ownership of Yoka’s design and designs related to its image or use of its image.
- adFunture Workshop LTD reserves the rights to produce the designs submitted. The designer shall be notified before production.
- The closing date for this competition is 1st of September 2008. Designs submitted after this date will not be put forward for the public vote.
- No disputes about the competition results will be accepted. Please respect the announced results.
- Winners will be chosen by public vote. Suspicious voting will be investigated.
- Designs that infringe existing copyright will be disqualified from the competition.
- Clutter Magazine LTD reserves the right to publish entrants designs and information.
- Your personal details will not be passed on to any other organisation without your consent except for the purposes for running the competition.
- All Copyrights belong to adFunture Workshop LTD.
- This agreement is governed by International Law.
