Exhibit 1: The Wannadies...aka the Swedish Wonder Stuff.
I remember seeing 'em in 95/96 around the time "You and Me Song" was used in Romeo + Juliet - the perfect summer pop band....killer melodies, nice hooks and brilliant live. Just a shame we haven't had a summer to bring back those memories.
Criminal that Shed 7 and the like sold way more records than these guys.
