Holy crap! DS x Ninjas x Shawnimals = the hotness!
SouthPeak games are creating a new action adventure game based on the Ninjatown characters. For those that don't know, Shawn used to be a successful games reviewer and writer over in the US and worked on the plush at night.
A few details: the gameplay centers on using the stylus in a top-down view to setup your ninjas strategically to defend areas. The story goes that a volcano eruption has shattered the peace in Ninjatown, and legions of bad guys, led by Mr. Demon, have laid siege to the city. How do you take on an antagonist with such an imposing name? Ancient ninja magic, of course! Powers waiting to be used in the game include the Mighty Wind of Ninja Dropping and Stealth Hugs.
