First off let me tell you that these photos make the food look 100% better than it looked on the plate, or tasted for that matter. On Saturday after spending a day at York Races, we decided to eat at the Pitcher and Piano bar. Worst decision ever! The food was terrible and i don't even have words to describe the level of customer care we received!

Without relaying the whole story of hard fish cakes, which looked more like onion bhajee, prawn crackers dripping with dirty brown oil and chicken satay served with natural yogurt rather than satay sauce, just heed my warning and never eat in the overpriced Pitcher and Piano chain of bars, they will only dissapoint.... we didn't even get a free drink to try to smooth over the situation.

Quote of the day though " just because it says they are hand cut chips, doesn't mean that they were hand cut here"... I'll leave you to decide!
