Medicom announce a few new Kubrick/Be@rbrick sets soon to be realeased. First up is this Pixar collaboration featuring Mr Fredricksen with his walker. Superb! Less enticing is the transparent Up! Logo bear. Just as well its see through cos it aint that interesting.

Next up its back to the old faves with this Star Wars set featuring a Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper. Not particularly groundbreaking and they'll sell tons of em to be sure. Maybe i'm just in a grumpy mood - you know this might be the first time i've dissed Medicom on the blog - although that Indy VCD suuuuuuucked!

OK, to be honest, I don't get the hype. Every year, Japanese fashion brand UNDERCOVER teams up with Medicom to produce a new variant of their GILAPPLE light. It's a small, realistic-looking apple with an old-timey car headlight wedged into its core.
