Ayo and Mist have got together on this collaboration 'Dinoz Orus' from Buffalo Toyz. Considering this is a Mist figure I have to say i'm a bit underwhelmed. I'm a massive fan of the figures Bonustoyz produces and the sculpts of his own figures are always spot on and expertly made by Medicom.

I actually prefer Ayo's Dino to this incarnation of the Orus which looks like a cousin of the Kidrobot Debilz series which i didn't like so much either. Something about the lack of sculpting on the head that i don't like. Very platform toy.

At least the head comes off which is pretty awesome and i'm digging the bright colourway of the figure too, not so much the brown and chrome (another 'black' colourway is planned too).

We also saw a teaser on Artoyz this week of something they've got cooking with Mist and i have my fingers crossed for something that finally shows off the way his artwork has been going recently with the more spattered graf lines like the sculpture below. Is this kind of print work too tricky to pull off on a figure? You tell me.....
