I am not sure what Lady Gaga knows about photography, but it was a pretty smart move to make her creative director of Polaroid. No matter what you think of her, she is definitely a publicity machine! I was really excited to hear that Polaroid is releasing a new camera, and at first glance it looks like it is what you would expect from a Polaroid - instant prints to awesome film (no selection of image just that point and shoot, fingers crossed feeling), however while it does create instant prints they are only printed pictures (much like the pogo printer released a few years ago).

No price point has been announced yet, nor release date, but it is confirmed for later in the year. I'm sure it will be a fun piece of kit.
