Check out this badass LEGO R2D2 from the Ultimate Collector series. Comprising of a 2100-piece R2 unit the final figure is over 12" tall, 7" wide and also includes R2's pop-out computer interface, circular saw blade and his retractable third leg (ahem!)
Due out in May 2012 the figure will retail for $180! Man that's a bit pricey for me, considering even at this scale he's still a tad too blocky for my liking, but hey i'm sure the majority of Star Wars fans won't care that much.
