I am not sure whether I am writing about these because i am hungry, or because they're absolutely adorable! These Hello Kitty apple pie pockets, made by I Heart baking, are really impressive. I'd like to think of myself as a master pastry artist, but in reality, if tried to do this in my own kitchen, my house would be on fire and/or my finger would be chopped off.

"After making heart-shaped pocket pies for Valentine's Day last week, it dawned on me that I could make pocket pies in any shape I wanted!  I could just use large cookie cutters to cut out the shape, and a fork to crimp the edges - no pocket pie mold required!  So I made Hello Kitty pocket pies." - says I Heart Baking

I haven't seen many shows on the East Coast that feature Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters, so I am pumped for Hello Kitty and 99 Friends at PIQ Grand Central.
