Check out this article over on howtomakeit.com on the making of the Nike Roshe Run sneaker i posted about previously (and subsequently bought).

I'm a sucker for the design sketches of anything, particularly the way in which cars and sneakers are drawn by the pros. This interview with designer Dylan Raasch talks about the sneakers design influences and development from sketch to prototype and the final version. This sneaker has got alot of attention, and rightly so, it's a super comfy shoe with clean design and a running heritage. It comfortably fills a space in the market between a casual shoe like the Max 1s and the Running shoes like the recent Flyknit collection or the Freeruns.
