As we had previously reported, UK artist Cris Rose has undertaken the huge endeavor of releasing a new duo of colored Sprogs every month, creativing a Robotone rainbow by the end of the year. May 7th saw the release of the newest colorway: Petal Purple, a regal tone that reflects the wildflowers that traditionally bloom across England this month. The 3"-tall resin figures â Renold (above right, the one with legs) and Rourke (above left, the one with wheels) â are each released as an "open edition" for the month for $25 a piece, but Rose does place a limit on how many he can make⦠so don't dilly dally, place your order in his web shop now.
Post Script: For those that made it to the bottom of this post, June 7th will see the release of the next colorway by Rose: Caramel Cone.
