Sculpter extraordinaire and all-around amazingly creative force Jâ RYU embarks on his first solo art show for the Rotofugi Gallery (2780 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614). Denoting his hauntingly beautiful style and typically spectral subject matter, the exhibition is entitled "The Ghost Of You Haunted Meâ¦" Opening on September 7th with a reception from 7-10PM â at which the artist will be in attendance â the works will be on display until September 30th, 2012.
Jâ RYU was also kind enough to share work-in-progress pieces for the show with his fans, via his Twitter feed:
