This gorgeous mural is a collaboration by Pale Horse & Tes One on the State Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Alvarez Foundation is hosting a block party on location on Sept. 2nd, 2012. Featuring live music, food trucks, & art, this block party sounds like a great time.
