Shohei Otomo, son of the legendary AKIRA creator Katsuhiro Otomo, presents a beautifully crafted array of artistic statements on popular culture, commercial facades and underground movements. The Backwoods Gallery in collaboration with Lesley Kehoe Galleries will proudly display a collection of Otomo's original ballpoint pen renderings as well as a selection of limited edition prints in the form of his Hakuchi (Fools Paradise) exhibition. Taking place from September 7th until the 28th, 2012, the show will be available for viewing at: Lesley Kehoe Galleries, Ground Floor, 101 Collins St., Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
