According to the video from the ad agency Voskhod, local politicians from the city of Yekaterinburg, Russia talked a lot & took little to no action. They kept making empty promises to fix the roads of Yekaterinburg & the citizens were tired of it. Local blog URA.RU & Voskhod painted the faces of local politicians around the ugliest potholes in the city. The end results were the citizens had their roads repaired & the politicians had egg on their faces.
