Pentax will release a trio of limited edition Q10 digital cameras based on the popular Neon Genesis Evangelion anime franchise in April. Each 12.4 megapixel camera features a color scheme inspired by the primary massive robots from the classic TV series and recent feature film reboots: EVA Unit 01 (Shinji Ikari), EVA Unit 00 (Rei Ayanami), and EVA Unit 02 (Asuka Langley Soryu). And when you start each up, you'll see the familiar NERV company logo from the series.
According to Akihabara News (via Engadget), each camera style is limited to 1500 units and will be available in Japan this April for 59,800 yen (about $660 USD). Paired with last year's Android smartphone based on the series, we're well on our way to being able to have every piece of tech in our life carry an Evangelion-inspired makeover.
