Huck Gee's 7" DIY Skullhead platform is getting a little brother about a year after its initial release. Seeming to measure in at 3", there aren't many details at the moment, but it's probably safe to assume that, like the bigger version, these will be cast in resin and be completely designed and manufactured in the US. There are a lot of shapes and surfaces to work with on this platform, which might make it a bit intimidating to some customizers. The smaller configuration (and smaller price tag) will definitely alleviate some of that hesitation and get a lot more people on board with the DIY Skullhead.
