A BATHING APE® / NOWHERE 23rd anniv.

It's been 23 years since A Bathing Ape launched their brand. Feeling old yet? To celebrate / console your aging heart, Medicom have teamed up with the Japanese clothing and lifestyle company to create a fancy-pants Be@rbrick coated in gold paint. The BAPE head is proudly stamped on the tummy and a bold 23 is displayed on the reverse. This will be released in-store exclusively in Japan, but you might get a chance to pick it up online for ¥1,994 (about $18).

Ah, such soothing colors. This might be my favorite Uamou series since the Tengu and Cobalt series, which had an amazing matte finish. These ones, though, feature calming gradients painted by legendary airbrush artist, Goto-san.
