Alex Solis Art

History repeats itself, especially when it comes to pop culture characters. Alex Solis' Icons Unmasked series makes this abundantly clear with clever paintings of vintage characters wearing suits of their modern incarnations. Check them out in person starting April 15 at Gallery1988 West. Be there from 7-10 PM to meet the artist at the opening ceremony!
