While Erick Scarecrow continues to work on making his 9DKP anime project a reality, he's branching out into other formats. Just launched this week is a Kickstarter project for a collectible trading card game of the same name. It's a bit like Magic: The Gathering, where two players each have a deck of character cards and modifier cards, with lots of skill and a little bit of luck needed to come out victorious. Taking place in the same universe as the 9DKP anime project, the cards feature illustrations of zombies, survivors, and cats - all art directed by Erick. I've seen a bunch of the illustrations first-hand and can tell you the art is fierce. Just $20 will get you a deck of cards and $35 will get you everything you need for a two player vesus set-up! Check it out and contribute here.
