Riot Fest 2016

Glassjaw, Thursday, Brand New, Refused, The Anniversary, Converge - holy crap! The lineups for the Chicago and Denver Riot Fests are amazing. 11 years of shows and this multi-day concert series is possibly stronger than ever. The organizers released a nearly full list of talent that will be playing the various stages in Illinois and Colorado, with their arguably biggest news being a few sets from a reunited Misfits. A few bands are still yet to be revealed, so keep an eye out. In the meantime, if you're lucky enough to live in Chicago or Denver, or can scrape together enough to travel, you can get tickets for Chicago here and Denver here.

If anything, Every Time I Die are a punctual band. You can expect a new album from them every other year, with several tours in between.

Hands down, Twin Peaks has the best score - and intro song - in the history of television. The only non-download way for fans to listen to the OST is a CD from the early '90s when CD audio compression wasn't so hot. (Don't get me wrong.

You've got to hand it to them. The boys in Every Time I Die are extremely reliable, having put out a new album every two years since 2001, save for a single three-year gap.
