Ultimate Gundam

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Gundam, a 59 foot (18m) 'life size' statue is going to be built in Tokyo's Odaiba distrcit Shiokaze Park. The Mobile Suit Gundam project will only stay up for 2 months during the celebrations and is built from fiberglass over a steel frame and plenty of win. Jewellery artist Tarina Tarantino, has been working with Kidrobot products in her items for a little while now. We first got a close up look at some of her work at the Selfridges event, and were super hyped to receive a mail from KR HQ on Friday to let us know she had made some pieces with our little pirate from Series 5! I really love the one at the top with the pink beads, and will post more...

New Salvation Ink

Looks like it's going clear vinyl for next Salvation Ink by Usugrow and Secret Base...making it the 5th version so far. I've not been won over by this piece compared to the Rebel Ink but the clear at least shows the arms through the body, which is a nice touch.

Jared Deal X Tattooed Steel...

We first spotted these at NYCC, myself and Chonny trying to make off with the prototypes as our new 'friendship bands' (see design in very bottom picture).
