Mmmm...this beauty arrived yesterday - commissioned piece by Mari Inukai.

  I love her work (see Clutter # 9 for proof!) and really hope she starts getting the coverage she deserves. I guess it must be hard with so many artists - and some very talented ones at that - all vying for attention from gallery owners and collectors in LA

Spiderboom babies

Woo and in fact Hoo....Spiderboom Babies are coming from Toy2r! Looks like they'll be a blind boxed series and only $4!!!! Mystery versions too...damn...gotta get them all!

Basic story is Spiderboom - a character created by Sun Min Kim - likes eating. Whenever she eats she gets pregnant and the baby reflects what was eaten. So chocolate has a lil choccy drop on its head etc....

DGPH's Mr Topo

Turning the cuteness factor up to 11 is the latest creation from Argentina's DGPH. This 5" fig - Mr Topo is apparently the first in a line of figures being made for them by adFunture. Only release at the moment (to conincide with a signing) is in the US...but retails at just $28.

Back on a music tip! Was sorting CDs out last night and came across my copy of Live Through This. I have tons of albums from that period 92-94 when 'grunge' (ugh!) was big and honestly I find 95% of them unlistenable now. That includes Nevermind...I could go into a big post about how Bleach and InUtero were superior but I'll leave that for another time.

So I put Hole on with vague...

Sket killed it once again...nice to see him doing more canvas work of his recurring characters with a bit more of a graff feel for this show rather than his more recent custom-based work. How jealous am I of he New Yorkers? oh....12/10 for sure.

Paintball Pain...

Yesterday we went paintballing, which was mega fun, but today we are in mega pain so i don't recommend unless you have been hardcore training for months lol. Our thighs are killing!

Anyway check out Kirsty’s bruises… they are mega, she suffered the worst!! Mainly in one game where she had to protect the Medic (which was me), she took a pummelling. So if you wanna know if...
