It's about time this got its release! Produced as a concept design a few years back this compact plug design has finally been released to the masses! Err well on pre-order anyway, but don't worry they start shipping on Feb 27th. We do seem to have one of the chunkiest (but safest) plug systems out there so this is a welcome product.

Called the Mu, the first release will be the USB power adapter with power cord and replacement cable plugs being available soon. When folded the plug is just 14mm thick and has a very Apple designed feel. In fact it has a very Apple styled price as at £25 it is exactly the same price as their USB plug. I know which i'd choose. Seems like it's the perfect travel plug for your iphone with no risk of those prongs damaging something else in the bag you threw it into!
