I'm sure we've all seen the TV pictures, heard the stories and thought "there but for the grace..." over the recent tragedy in Haiti. Throughout the art world people have clubbed together and released new prints to raise funds.

The latest is, IMO, by far the best...a stunning 8x10...

Previewed a few months ago by Paul Budntitz when video interviewed by AOL, Kidrobot has released official pictures of the new 8" Dunny by French designer Skawk. The "Oil Slick" Dunny looks to have a clear vinyl base with printing over the top in two variants - black/red and gold/red.

From these pics you have to applaud KR for the print job on these and of course Skwak for...

So Kidrobot is revealing a few plush items by Jeremyville and Frank Kozik and as usual Paul B is proclaiming them as "the best plush ever " in his own inimitable way. So that got me thinking is plush becoming more 'acceptable' to the art toy/collector market? I mean to my mind it...

Ah the book i've been waiting for! The 'kaiju' world is a fairly new one to me - really only the last 2-3 years that i've really discovered the artists working there and the amazing scuplting skills of the guys are RxH, Gargamel and Secret Base.
