DESIGNER TOY AWARDS 2012

Preparations for the 2012 Designer Toy Awards are in full swing! The entries are coming in fast and furious, and the DTA Board is gearing up! Official nominations will be announced mid-July, all leading up to the ceremony itself in mid-October in New York City!

Enter your favorite toy, artist, brand or blog for consideration in the 2012 Designer Toy Awards!

We're currently accepting entries for consideration in all categories. Now's your chance to put your favorites in the running! A group of special nominating committees will review all of the entries and narrow everything down into official nominations. Nominees for each category will be announced in mid-July.

Our AMAZING judging panel is back in action for 2012, featuring over fifty of the most influential Designer Toy professionals working today; artists, producers, commentators and impresarios, who bring a special expertise and perspective to choosing the winners. The term for "soft vinyl" in Japanese, this award celebrates the sector of the Designer Toy market that focuses on figures using Japanese, techniques and styles.
