Tonight I was lucky enough to see the U.S. Premier of the film Paul. If your as big a fan as I am of Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz then you'll be in love with this movie.

The Film was presented by Kristen Wiig, Nick Frost, Simon Pegg and director Greg Mottola. Each member seemed truly excited to be at sxsw and Nick even came out in a longhorns jersey to show his level of support for Austin. They were having lots of fun with the audience Q & A and you cant help but get a sense of how much fun these guys have together.

The film was hilarious and enduring. You can't help but like the alien, paul, voiced by Seth Rogen. Since the world has already pretty much falllen in love with Seth's laugh its not much of a jump. What was truly special for me is the film features a lot of great nods to sci-fi films that we all love, like E.T. or Close Encounters, Even Alien and Star wars get hysterical jokes in there. I highly recommend it even if you arent a Sci-fi geek becuase the film is hilarious and enduring and has a great supporting cast as well.
